Ten years ago, I went to school to learn how to write code, eventually obtaining the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Certification. I began working as a Jr. Developer at an eDiscovery company, then quickly transitioned into the processing and database world.
I explain that our intention is to be completely transparent about the eDiscovery process and encourage them to be involved as much as they would like to be.
Much of my workday involves training and screensharing with our clients so that they are comfortable using review platforms.
We treat our clients like an extension of our team and take time to understand your case and needs.
Much of our team has law firm experience, which gives us a unique understanding of the discovery process and specific challenges that can arise.
My biggest successes for Complete Legal clients are when we can demonstrate how much more efficient the review and production process can be within a review platform.

Volunteering for various organizations and staying in touch with my community. I also enjoy cooking for friends and family and trying new recipes.
