The importance of data collections continues to grow and we’ve responded accordingly, expanding the headcount and capabilities of our data collections team.
During most disputes there are dozens of potentially relevant sources of electronically stored information (ESI) from emails to mobile devices to social media and more. We work to collect for you, not from you, to identify each custodian first. Then we will create a process to help you consider each possible device, application and source of relevant data in your specific case.
As part of that, we’d like to introduce you to Andrew Meinheit, our new Data Collection Specialist who spent four years in the Marine Corps working on computer hardware and software and an additional five years serving as the Head of IT of a very successful KC law firm.
About Andrew
- Andrew focuses on safely collecting high-quality digital media, such as forensic images, according to our eDiscovery strategies and industry standards.
- He helps with Complete Legal’s internal networks and IT infrastructure.
- He spent four years in the Marine Corps working on computer hardware and software and is Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certified.
